Founder’s Story
Foundation for Life Transformation is not just an organization — it is a movement born from divine grace, Guru Krupa, and a deep inner calling.
The journey began in 2014 with the yearning of Shri Deepak Ghalsasi — a longing not for material success, but for a Guru. Though life appeared complete in worldly terms, there remained a silent void within. That void was the call of the Guru.
One day, guided by intuition, he travelled to Sajjangad. There, amidst the crowd, he felt mysteriously drawn to a face — a man who later introduced himself as Nagarajan. By destiny’s design, they shared the same room. During their conversation, Shri Nagarajan seemed to know everything about Deepak Sir — his life, his thirst, his seeking. He taught him a Sadhana and, when asked if he was his Guru, simply said:
“You will meet your Guru in a couple of years.”
Years later, Deepak Sir met his Guru, Nausheer Engineer, a disciple of Mahavatar Babaji.
Guruji often spoke of Babaji. One day, when Deepak Sir asked, “Who truly is Mahavatar Babaji?” Guruji replied:
“Babaji’s name is Nagarajan.”
In that moment, the dots connected. The realization dawned — the mysterious Nagarajan at Sajjangad was none other than Mahavatar Babaji Himself.
“Life continued outwardly as usual, with Deepak Sir actively working in the corporate sector.
Yet inwardly, a deeper calling was unfolding. There was an intense inner pull to visit the sacred cave of Mahavatar Babaji at Kukuchina in the Himalayas.
When the time was divinely ordained, everything aligned effortlessly, and he found himself at Babaji’s holy cave.
It was there that Babaji initiated him into Shivoham Sadhana and entrusted him with a sacred responsibility:
“To teach this Sadhana to as many sincere seekers as possible.”
For someone naturally shy and introverted, the magnitude of this task felt overwhelming.
But when the command comes from the Guru, the strength to fulfil it also comes from the Guru.
And thus began the true unfolding of the mission.
The Mission Expands
From that sacred initiation began the true journey — not as a self-proclaimed Guru, but as a humble teacher serving his Master’s vision.
Today:
Nearly 1000+ sadhaks have learned Shivoham Sadhana.
